Erin has worked in the field of special education and Applied Behavior Analysis for over 15 years. She received her Master’s Degree and Teaching Credential in Special Education from San Francisco State and then went on to become a BCBA. Erin taught a special education autism class for San Francisco Unified School District before moving on to a special education administrator position in Monterey. Erin has overseen behavioral programs in schools, homes, and in the community, and has worked for school districts as well as non-public agencies. She uses her experience as a teacher and behavior analyst to supervise behavior technicians in the classroom and has a passion for collaborating with teachers to help students more effectively in a whole-child approach. Erin takes special interest in teaching children functional-life skills in an inclusive environment to enable students to be as independent as possible, in and out of the classroom.
